From Minimum Wage College Drop-Out to World Traveling Entrepreneur with $3Mill Net Worth
Hi there! My name is Andrea Merican, and I'm a world-traveling entrepreneur with a net worth of $3 million. I'm an artist, a business coach, and a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience.
Growing up as the only child of a single mother who struggled with depression and anxiety, I faced financial hardship from a young age. Despite these challenges, I pursued my passion for art and never lost sight of my dreams. After a partial scholarship to art school and starting my first business painting murals, I faced unexpected obstacles that forced me to drop out of college and work retail for minimum wage. But I didn't give up.
I continued to take night classes at community college and eventually landed my first job in property management. That's where I was introduced to computers and began my journey into the world of online business. I worked with my dad on his eBay business, and eventually, I launched my own online business selling projector screens.
But life threw me a curveball when my business failed overnight. I pivoted and got my real estate license in a down market, which led to my first experience as a landlord. From there, I worked as a salesperson for a real estate investment start-up and helped grow the company to over 100 employees and millions of dollars in revenue.
I then left the company to focus on my art business, which I had launched in 2011. I continued to travel the world and paint, and eventually, I helped another real estate investment start-up grow to over 20 employees and millions of dollars in revenue.
In 2021, I launched my first online art classes, took a 2-month road trip across the country with my husband, and in 2022 joined North&Co as a Compliance Broker. I'm now fulfilling my long-held dream of business coaching and consulting, and I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with others.
Despite facing financial hardship and not having a college degree, I've built multiple million-dollar businesses and lived my dreams of creating art and traveling the world. I'm proof that with determination and hard work, anyone can achieve their goals and live their best life.

I coach real estate entrepreneurs on how to create systems and processes so they can manage and scale their business without sacrificing their time freedom, using practical business tools like organizing and productivity strategies, time management and automated habits.
I have been involved in real estate for over 15 years and a common theme I have noticed is that successful agents, tend to be unfocused, disorganized, pulled in a thousand directions and overwhelmed.
